Fees explained.

A simple example

If the first leg delivers 1 XMR, the 1.5% service fee is 0.015 XMR. With a valid referral code, the 1.0% fee is 0.01 XMR. This example is only about our fee; it is not a payout estimate. The input asset's value and provider pricing can change before execution.

Other costs in the route

The two exchange legs use provider rates that include their pricing or spread. We do not receive a separately itemized provider spread for each quote, so we cannot state it as a fixed percentage. Blockchain transaction costs also vary by network. The route reserves XMR for the intermediate transfer and shows that reserve in the quote's fee details.

These costs can change with the selected assets, networks and market conditions. Do not rely on a worked example as the amount you will receive.

Why the final payout can change

The preview is calculated before you send. The second exchange is priced after XMR arrives and unlocks. Its rate and the actual amount of XMR available may differ from the preview. Every “you receive” figure on the swap screen is an estimated payout, not a guarantee.

Failed orders and refunds

If an order is delayed, reviewed or cannot finish, the provider's process determines whether and when a refund is available. Network or provider costs already incurred may not be recoverable. Keep your order ID and contact us if the status needs investigation.
