Terms & conditions

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18, control the assets and wallets you use, and be allowed to use digital asset services where you live. Do not use the service for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering or other unlawful activity. We and our exchange provider may decline, pause or review an order where required by law, provider rules or security checks.

2. What a swap involves

The Via Monero route has two exchange legs: your input asset is exchanged for XMR, then XMR is exchanged for your chosen output asset. ChangeNOW processes the exchange legs. USDP uses a Monero wallet for the intermediate step and monitors the order between the legs. This is not a wallet account for you, and the route is not described as non-custodial.

An order can take longer than expected because exchanges, blockchain confirmations, Monero unlock time and provider checks are outside our control. We show status information when available. Save your order ID.

3. Quotes and costs

A quote is an estimate, not a fixed promise of the final payout. The second leg is priced after XMR arrives and becomes available. Rates, provider spreads, minimums and network costs can change. The app shows the USDP service fee when quoting: 1.5% without a valid referral code or 1.0% with one. Provider and network costs still apply. Check the quote and order details before you confirm.

4. Before you send

Send only the asset shown on the confirmed order, on the exact network shown, to that order's deposit address. Check any required memo or payment ID. A familiar-looking address is not proof that the network is correct. Wrong-network transfers, unsupported tokens, missing memos, underpayments, overpayments and transfers to expired or reused addresses may be delayed or lost. Do not send funds based on an illustration, old screenshot or quote alone.

You must provide a destination address you control and a valid refund address for the input asset when requested. A refund, if available, follows the provider's checks and rules and may be reduced by network or provider costs. We cannot promise recovery of an incorrect transfer.

5. Provider checks and privacy

ChangeNOW handles the exchange legs under its own terms and privacy policy. It may request information, delay or refuse a transaction under its compliance procedures. Monero provides privacy features on its network, but USDP does not promise complete anonymity. The input and payout transactions, network services and provider records can still contain identifying information.

6. Referral accounts

Referral partners must give accurate registration and payout details and keep their password and PIN private. A referral code reduces the customer's USDP service fee to 1.0%. The partner's stated share is 30% of that fee, equivalent to 0.3% of the XMR received for an eligible completed swap. Earnings are not available to redeem until the swap finishes and the fee is reconciled. A displayed pending amount is not a payment promise. We may reject self-referrals, abuse or fraudulent activity.

7. Risk and responsibility

Digital assets can change value quickly. Transfers may be irreversible, networks can fail or become congested, and third-party services may be unavailable. You are responsible for checking the asset, network, amount and addresses before sending. Nothing on the site is investment, tax or legal advice. We do not guarantee a particular exchange rate, completion time, availability or financial result.

8. Problems and changes

If an order stalls or the payout does not arrive, use the contact form and include the order ID and transaction hash. Do not start a second order to replace an active one. We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be published here with a new effective date; changes do not rewrite the quote accepted for an order already opened.
